Type design simmered in dendê oil

Typeóca is the result of Gabriel Figueiredo’s wanderings on the type design field. Thought the foundry started incidentally, it slowly gained momentum throughout the years: glyph by glyph, font by font, tackling on more complex, diverse, and refined projects — without ever compromising on flavor.

You might not know Typeóca, but if you’re in Brazil, theres a big chance you might have come across our work: it could’ve been while drinking during Carnaval¹, watching cartoons on TV², reading a book or a magazine³, or even playing videogames⁴ — among many other possibilities.
